- White vinegar can be used as a domestic cleaning substitute solution for windows and mirrors.
- Coffee stains on upholstery
- Clean with a solution made from dish detergent, vinegar and water. Mix 3 parts water, 1 part vinegar and 1 part detergent. Blot the stain.
- Nail polish stains
- Try sponging the spot gently with a non-oily acetone nail polish remover. Blot with a clean white rag.
- Red wine stains
- Sponge the stain with club soda or white wine. Ensure you do not allow the material to get too wet.
